When a pair of matter-particles along with the field of forces exerted between each other is considered as a string-matter segment and if such segments are in continuum, these segments are eigen-rotational in Cyclic-time and thus three-dimensional structures are formational**.**

To define three-dimensional structure formation in the Universe, two types of brane structures are expressional by the eigen-rotational string-matter segments:
